Second Phase of Relief Distribution by the Surya Suryaman Singh Karki Pratisthan – 2077/1/6 (B.S.), Saturday

Today, relief materials from the Suryaman Singh Karki Pratisthan’s Corona Relief Fund were handed over at the locations listed below by the Pratisthan’s representatives Mahendra Kumar Karki, Janak Kumar Karki and Dil Bahadur Karki. Mr. Krishna Kandel, presenter of the Indreni cultural programme, was also present on the occasion. The programme will be broadcast tomorrow, Sunday, on ABC News from 6:00 to 6:15.

1. At Swayambhu, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 15, where the ward office has been providing free meals to more than 500 destitute people, urgently needed items (1,500 plastic plates and 2,000 plastic glasses) were handed over as relief.

2. At the Manav Sewa Ashram in Hattiban, Lalitpur, 55 mental health patients were found to be going without various essential medicines. Medicines of various kinds, sufficient for one month, were handed over as relief.
